A. Travel Insurance Select ®

Benefits are priced per person. You must indicate in Item II of the Enrollment Form the types of prepaid travel arrangements you are insuring...air, land, cruise and/or rail. You should insure 100% of those arrangements that have any cancellation penalty or restriction.

If you insure a lesser amount, the exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions will NOT be waived and the Post-Departure Trip Interruption Benefit will be limited to 100% of the insured Trip Cost amount.

B. Select Plus™ Upgrade

To upgrade your Accident & Sickness Medical Expense coverage by $50,000 (total $100,000) and Medical Evacuation or Repatriation of Remains by $1,000,000 (total $1,050,000), add $4.00 per person for each day of your entire Trip for all participants listed on your Enrollment Form (all ages).
